Refunds may be available for approved returns once the returned item has been received and checked.A return request does not mean a refund has been approved.

We do not directly swap orders or send a different product, colour, size, or variant as an exchange. If you would like a different item, you can place a new order for the preferred item and request a return for the original item, provided it meets the return conditions.
